Bottled Poetry

Wine is bottled poetry
a soft velvety feel
I don't like the dry
harsh tannins aren't my deal
Give me smooth and sweet
any time of day
full bodied texture
so my tongue can play
A desirable luscious red
that's improved over time
and helps release my dopamine
so I can pour this rhyme
a dreamy taste sensation
delicious on the lips
wine is bottled poetry
just not good for hips.

About this poem

I Love a good drop of wine, there's poetry in every bottle. There's also humor. Sweet on the lips, heavy on the hips, hence this poem.
