Follow the flow to rise and fall

I've learned coming back to my self,
Where in those days that i feel like going to explode,
When my view to the moment just vanished
Deep breathes or shouting was my escape.

The sensual feeling body is grounding,
I can feel my soul vibrating through this vessel.
That even our minds are so mad and crazy
That even our eyes might be in the past or future

That we cant see clearly to what is occurring
That even the rain stops you from washing your clothes
Let's meet at the present,we can still come back
It only takes to follow the breathe to its rise and fall.

About this poem

its about returning to your self when things gets rough to be a mother or a father to your self ,to be grounded or to feel yourself in other words. so we cant be distracted by the thinking mind which stops us from breathing and may kill us if we are too stress or depressed.
