Botanist

I have so many life updates I wish I could share with you
I'm looking for something borrowed and blue
The baby has his first tooth
I guess Ill tell these things to the flowers for the 47th time
Hoping at least once you'll be able to hear what's on my mind
The sky had been overcast and gray ever
Since that day
At times I see the sun peak out before it hides away
I hope that it's your way of saying your okay
Until we meet up again
I'll continue to have conversations with my plants
