A Treasure To Adore

Oscar Auliq-Ice 1994 (Port Elizabeth)

The beauty and mystery of nature,
A wonder to behold,
With each and every creature,
A story to be told.

The trees that stretch up high,
Their branches reaching for the sky,
A canopy of green,
A sight that's rarely seen.

The flowers that bloom so bright,
Their colors shining in the light,
A fragrance in the air,
That takes away our care.

The animals that roam so free,
Their movements wild and key,
A dance with nature's beat,
A rhythm pure and sweet.

The mountains that stand so tall,
Their peaks a sight for all,
A majesty so grand,
A beauty to command.

The oceans that stretch so wide,
Their depths a world inside,
A mystery to explore,
A treasure to adore.

The beauty and mystery of nature,
A sight to see and feel,
A gift to be cherished,
A wonder so surreal.
