A Pandemic Potion

A Pandemic  Potion*

Mankind suffers from agony.
Both humans big and small
Both people who're old and young
Both the dark and fair
Whether black or white
Whether High or Low -
The pain afflicted in haste and hatred,
Some long kept back grudge,
Some callously exploded fury.
The past squabbles of the dead and bygone Disputes erupted by clueless wrath .
Infirmity befalls incurable.
Future is a bleak way out.
World is plagued - Not with Covid-19:
Sick of greed ,Sick of lust, Sick of lies,
Perilous than wars and weapons,
Aberrated and mutated genes.
Vitals of marriages failing .
Visitation tears the child's psyche.
Abandoned infants in bins ,
As well as the elders in homes.
No infirmary can vaccinate against these germs.
No Jury can unite spouses.
No Prophet can preach peace.
Yet there is a way. There's a Cure .
Heals the  lot from the ills.
Not millions and trillions,
Not from  alchemy,
Not any apothecary !
It's with in man
It's ingrained in humans.
The magical  potion of Love.
Do give and you will see that you get it.

About this poem

On my observation history repeats blunders of abduction , use of ammunition when bitterness rules the mind. Starting from common man loveless life is a curse that ruins peace. Where there is love , there will be sense and purpose of living.
