Canticle of Conquered Trials : A love letter to CCGK

My love of my life,

In this world of darkness and despair,
Your absence is felt with every breath I take.
A void within my heart that none can repair,
A wound that only time and love can make.

Your eyes, like classic novels and poetry,
Transports me to a world of depth and grace.
With stories untold and secrets set free,
Each time I look into your lovely face.

I find solace in the memories we've shared,
Of laughter, love, and moments we've held dear.
But even then, my longing is still there,
To hold you close and wipe away each tear.

We walk a tightrope of love, hand in hand,
Through trials and tribulations, we stand.

I am so grateful that you are by my side,
A beacon of light in this world so wide.
Together we will conquer every test,
Our love will be the one that always bests.

From Shakespeare's sonnets to Keats' sweet rhyme,
From the epic tales of ancient Greece and Rome,
The greatest stories of love are told in time,
Of passion, devotion, and hearts that roam.

And so, my love, I promise you this day,
That I will always be here come what may.

I believe in us, and in the love we share,
A love that will endure, and always be there.
We can get through this, my love, hand in hand,
Together we will conquer every demand.

Yours always,
Forever yours, my love, in heart and mind,
In sickness and in health, until the end of time.
