Wake up on the Other Side

Before the day broke with breath
Death travelled from underneath
And broke the lands zigzaggedly
It gladly swallowed souls excessively
Victims woke up in a queue in Heaven
They didn't buy the tickets beforehand
Death suddenly brought its free train
To take them unprepared in pain
And shortened their dreams in February
In the guise of nature's fury
The grounds moved in Syria
The grounds ran in Turkey
And cut the tape in the mortal race
Not after over thirty-three thousand athletes had fallen behind.
