Anxiety And Depression Poem

A woman in pain, with thoughts that never cease,
Anxiety and depression, her constant disease.
She feels trapped in her mind, with nowhere to run,
Her thoughts like a storm, that never are done.

She puts on a brave face, but inside she's a mess,
Her heart races fast, with fear and distress.
She's tired of the battle, that she fights every day,
But she's determined to find, a way out of this fray.

She's not alone in this fight, though it may feel that way,
There are others who struggle, in their own unique way.
And though the journey is hard, and the road is long,
She'll keep moving forward, with hope and a song.

For she knows that one day, the clouds will part,
And the sun will shine, on her brave heart.
She'll look back on this time, with strength and with pride,
For she fought for her life, and she didn't hide.

So to the woman who struggles, with anxiety and depression,
Know that you are not alone, in this deep obsession.
Keep fighting the fight, and one day you'll see,
That you are stronger than you ever believed.
