Deep down the soul

Today well dressed in a gown
My  face touch up hiding my  frown
Looking at the phone camera
My mind full of chaotic plethora
With a big smile on my face
Noone can see my sadness in case
My eyes rolling slowly
Noone can see my melancholy
I m happy giving the impression
Very cleverly hiding my depression
Getting a thousand views on my post
Scrolling the list with my mind lost
Life passing through tough phase
Running blindly to win this race
So many such faces on social media
What's the challenges, Noone has idea
Soothing the heart with social praise
Inside the chest the heart race
All are posing as life is delight
Inside its fight or flight
Wish someone one-day see the agony
Surrounded by well wishers so many
May we all see through this mask
Need someone to feel and ask
All we need a heart with empathy
A warm touch with feel of sympathy
Pray we all one day break free disguise
Above all agonies may we all rise.
