Appetency.

Mama please will you be my mother.
Please.
Please.
I'm so sorry that I scared you away.
I'm so sorry that it wasn't enough to stay.
I'm so very sorry that I scared you away.

Please come back and make my father proud.
Please come back and maybe stick around.
Please come back. Please come back.
Please stay awhile.

Please come back.
Please come back.
Please come back.

I'm so sorry for what I am.

I'm so sorry that I am the way I am.

About this poem

This poem is about, how as a child all of my dads girlfriends never stuck around. Because they never saw me as their own or were not up for taking care if me.
