Pathological

For them on a path,
They find comforting and logical to follow.
With an endorsing of others given,
Also faithfully supporting...
Beliefs to value prioritized to treasure.
Without thought or use of common sense.
Whatever that means anymore,
To mean and convince.
Who in a position can say they know,
Which choices we make for ourselves...
To value and keep kept prioritized to treasure.
Are not made to achieve,
The results expected and anticipated to come.
Regardless if others,
Perceive these decisions to be crazed!
To some these days, yes.
However, to the majority, no.
Afterall...
Isn't beauty in the eyes of the beholder?

'Uh...
Depending upon who is on that path,
To find logic in your statement.'

'What?'

'And...
On the other hand,
Anyone attempting to find sense to make...
During an activity they volunteered to follow.
And not before questioning that decision?
Will not comprehend to know,
If what they have done is pathological or not!'

'I...
Nevermind.
There will always be excuses to use,
For people to accuse...
Others to blame for them making that choice!'

'That's what I'm saying.
Two pots meant to heat up on the same stove,
Are receiving...
What the cook already knows,
For them both to be equal treatment.
And...
Doesn't have to be in the kitchen,
To observe to know when it happens!
With an adding next what goes into,
Each pot!
Caring less the logic of the path taken,
To stir up the taste that cook favors!
When was the last time you heard,
Any plumber, candlestick maker or baker...
Complaining about being paid too much,
For a job anyone can do...
Without being annoyed,
By the approval given from someone else.'

'People want to feel accepted and approved.'

'By someone calling the stupid?
If they don't follow,
Every stupid move they make?
And then pay to be insulted?'

'That's not paying to be mistreated.
That's making a donation to one's belief!'

'And...
I'm profiled on a daily basis,
As being an accessory to this mental disease!'

'Why are your eyes searching the sky?
For an answer to a question,
That makes no sense.'

'Listen to that song 'Butterflies',
Sung by Michael Jackson.
Beautiful song.
Not a 'Thriller' or 'Billie Jean'.
However...
'Man In The Mirror'?
I understood immediately.'

'Oookkkaaay!
Saying what?'

'A-B-C...
Use to be as easy as 1-2-3.
But ain't no more!
Today?
Y's can be found around the nearest corner.'
