FIRE
mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)
I got the passion I lit the fire
I burned all the bridges and cut ties with those I knew were liars.
I got the passion I got soul inside of this new fight for life
who has the matches so I can set this bitch on fire
I had too many nightmares of who I used to be
now I dance because I know my heart and mind as been set free
Now I have dreams of my childhood and when I wake from my slumber I feel as if I am a kid again
The matches that set this fire a blaze have become like a long lost lover or somewhat like a new beginning or well-deserved end
