ഡോ കെ ജി ബാലകൃഷ്ണൻ

ആരിത് തുടികൊട്ടിപ്പാടുവോൾ
എൻ മൌനത്തിൻ
ഓരില മിഴിയുമീ
പുലരിപ്പുതുചോപ്പിൽ! -
നേരിന് പുളകമായ്
നീരിന് സുഖദമാം
നേരിയ കുളിർത്തുള്ളി-
ത്തുടിപ്പായ് മധുരമായ്!
പൂനിലാവിഴയിലെ
നീലത്തൂവെളിച്ചമായ്
പൂങ്കിനാവിലെ രാഗമധുവിൻ
ചിനച്ചമായ്
പാതികൂമ്പിയ കരി-
മിഴിയിൽ തുളുമ്പുന്ന
പ്രീതിതൻ പരിഭവ-
മുറയും കിണ്ക്കമായ്;
ജീവിതത്തിന് നിത്യ-
മാമോദച്ചിറപ്പായും
ഭാവിതൻ തിരക്കോളിൽ
സാമസാന്ത്വനമായും
ആരിതെന്നകംപൊരുൾ-
ത്തുടിപ്പായ്ത്തുടിക്കുന്നു;
വാരിജമലരിതൾ-
മിനുപ്പായ് തുളിക്കുന്നു!
അവളെൻ സിരകളിൽ
സംഗീതം പകരുവോൾ,
അവളെൻ കവിതയായ്
ഈണമായ്
നിറയുവോൾ!
