My Fears About Forty

It is said that a fool at forty
remains a fool forever;

I will soon turn forty
And reflecting on this,
I worry about what I am,
how I  will be after forty.

Living is by faith
Forty is just a number

I cannot be limited
I choose to live with a purpose
I can do the best that I can at any age
since Forty is only a number

About this poem

I wrote this poem because I am worried about my achievements before I turn forty.
