A Lost Soul

Neala The Poet 1978 (Osceola)

I find myself lost, no where to go in this place, racing for time, my life is just a waste.

I can't feel my arms, I can't feel my face, I feel so numb, it's like my heart is moving at a slow pace.

I try to hide from this world of pain, scared to step out in a life I can't maintain.

I feel so hopeless, living here is like a dream, wondering if I will ever wake up, just to see the same old scene.

How can I find peace if I feel I'm the only one left, how can I get back to where I use to be if I can't find myself.

Is this my beginning or is this my end, getting my life back, it's my time to take a stand.
