A Journey to Forgiveness
In the spirit of the night, you came to me,
Taking me on a journey far deep within my soul.
Together, we ventured into the unknown,
A place I had never been but only in my dreams.
I crossed the desert valley, red sand clinging to my bare feet,
I walked many miles to reach you,
I stood before you in this sacred place.
I felt your hand warm my heart,
Your breath cleanses my soul.
I was free at last as you forgave me for all my sins.
I returned to the living,
Rivers of tears flowed down my cheeks.
I was free because you forgave me,
This journey to forgiveness was truly divine.
