Your Presence

Dear furtive paramour
Smitten of you, my heart has been
Days went by in a blink of an eye
An obsession unseemly unfurthomed

Your presence I've longed for a while
A while not while enough for you as for me
MY eyes laid upon you, this passing morning
A sight for sorrowful eyes

My eyes not so deceiving
Your presence my being trembles in
Curiosity, Your presence brings about
A mind lost in a vast world of thoughts

Your body unlike any
A heavenly-Greek structure
A Godly masterful work of art
Your needs I long to satisfy
Sinistic thoughts consume my mind

An appealing-intimate side, I desire to venture
A thorn limits my movements
Society, the dictators of life
Our relationship one not with their values
A thorn society is, a thorn that never stops pricking

Your name unknown to me
Pleasure and desire soon experienced
A body still to crave and adventure
One rocky, bitter-sweet, heated experience
Yet thirst fulfilling journey

About this poem

I wrote it about my secret crush, whose relationship with me would go against society's standing values and also the poem is about thoughts and feelings my secret one invokes within me and my thoughts are just every when next to him.
