for everyone everything is different
but
for me
i have tools
things to help me
let go
express myself
my thoughts
my emotions
my mumble jumble knotted up
inside
i can only begin
to decipher
them
sprawled upon these
pages
my pen in hand
i can begin
to understand
myself
i can start
to unleash
to destress
putting thoughts, feelings, everything
i hold deep
inside
onto paper
dont judge
this is me
and if you cant
understand
then close this book
its not for you
its special

me
