WORD GORE

paradox121 1995 (nowhere)

To write about things i do not love
For lovely words are bitter upon my tongue
Much rather I use language that is vile
Anatomy, necrosis, septic and bile

Common factors of man
Made metaphor by hand
Gore logarithmic
Decay cataclysmic
Hemorrhaging from the souls laceration
Terms like abscess, anterior, and equation.

A thousand people have described
A thousand things so sublime

I want to hear pained empathy
described back, apathy, as math
Desperation
Repetition
A downward spiral path

About this poem

Sick of only flowery things. Breath taking isn't enough. I need it so feel like getting flung against a wall.
