Women
Her eyes hurt from the crying
Tears brought by the ones she loves
All these pains and her heart keeps aching
Racing, jumping, and continuously pacing
All these could just be her heart or maybe she's crazy
All she does is take care of her loved ones
All she does is carry their burden
She's always counted among the strong ones
Regardless of all she's facing in her coven
Yet she never lets out a cry, not even once
She bottles it all up and never lets out her story
Sometimes she cries, but never in public
Sometimes she screams but only when she's alone
She's afraid someone might see her, and all her secrets might be leaked
She'll rather hold on to her pains than let them go
Oh, what a woman
The city cries
One with a strong heart, stronger than that of a man
Nobody knows how much tears she sheds when she cries
Nobody knows cause she's scared to tell and let everyone down
Someday she'll break down
Because she won't be able to hold on to the tears much longer
Someday she'll scream in the crowd
Regardless of who she's letting down
She'll let everyone know she feels pain
And that all she's ever done was for everyone's gain
Everyone but herself
And yes, some might call her lame
Others might say she's to be blamed
But all she's ever wanted was the best for her loved ones
Cause that's what she was created for
Despite all this, despite all she's done
She's going to break down, she's going to fall
Cause that's what happens when the pressure becomes much
