Everything is fine
I have to shine
But besides the glory
Am I not allowed to worry?
Defining your mood
Depends on feeling good
But I cannot feel anything
Even though I have everything
I have many anxieties
Although my life is full of varieties
I don’t know what I want
Therefore, I am always nonchalant
So, I follow demands blindly
Even though it’s not what I want - mindely
I work off my to dos
While I am asking myself for who?
My only goal is a doctor’s degree
You see
I am actually kind
Because I only want to use my brilliant mind
I am trying to experience the beauty of life
But all I can think of is: survive
Overcoming moment for moment
While drowning in discontent
