Drowning

I've been feeling down lately
Feel like the whole world is against me
Drowning in my pain I need someone to save me
Feeling like a part of me is fading slowly
My heart feels vacant and lonely
I need someone to hold me
Tired of the mentality society's been forcing on me
Got all my family's hope's and expectations riding on me
How y'all say that you love me when you don't trust me
Say u know me y'all just want to control me
Instead of judging me how about you try to understand me
Sometimes I feel like I'm invisible cause people don't really see me
Shorty an angel she lights a fire inside me
Know she likes me but I'm not sure if she loves me
Yeah she wants me but I know for sure she doesn't need me
Fact that you can never be mine is really killing me
Say i take you for granted you gotta be kidding me
Falling in an endless pit of pain and sorrow
My life feel empty and hollow
I've got no passion to follow
All smiles on the outside but I'm dying on the inside
I'm seeking refuge in these words i confide
Feet up on my bed as i write these rhymes
Know one day I'm gonna rule it's just a matter of time
