Divide

                        We parted ways
after a long quarrel in your bed,
you slept peacefully in your bed,
While I ate stolen smores, In the bay.

Nay, I don't want to live with you
You take up too much space in my brain
Asked if I was okay, Affirmative said I,
                  But I really wasn't great.

Then I thought about me and not 'bout
                                 you,
Got a little selfish, when I left you.
     Alcohol became a common problem,
being good at it, Gambling wasn't.

Friends were Idiots in this matter,
and my Mom told me to buck up
my sis got this-one for herself
And Dad wasn't there to help.

It ain't helped when I wrote this,
Because it only reminded me of you.
Bared my loss as I moved on,
      Onto someone, someone like you.
