Dear Diary

Janessa Antao 2002 (Siargao)

Dear Diary,

The moon is bright tonight, yet I can't see the stars beside it.

Dear Diary,

I cried last night, yet when I woke up this morning, I couldn't remember the tears I shed on that night.

Dear Diary,

I saw a half moon smiling at me, but when I smiled back,  it faded away.

Dear Diary,

Why is life so lonely?

Dear Diary,

Thank you for listening to me... However, it's so sad because you were just a piece of me.

Dear Diary,

.... For no reason, I asked death, 'what took you so long to take me?'

Dear Diary,

The world is frowning at me, it's so depressing.

Dear Diary,

The leaves fall today...

Dear Diary,
