Bro -zoned


The tough exterior,
A soft interior.

Often the latter is overlooked,
Well not on purpose,but it is truth that cannot be anymore brooked.

Not a complain ,
But it irritates my brain.

While boys/men trying to escape the bro-zoned label,
I cringe at this very thought because it's relatable.

Is it out of respect or fear?
I really doubt,please could we clear!

Being titled by people as tomboy,
I am honoured & I'd not coy.

To be like one is/was my choice,
Happy ,contend I rejoice.

But ,wait!..hey !did it imply that I'll be carrying the bro-zone tag along??
