You

Shall I compare thee to the starry night by van Gogh, because just like art, you're beautiful and simple.  I love you like how the clouds part and make way for the moon to shine at night, bringing light to my life. Let me credit your presence in my like how travelers used to credit stars for helping them navigate their way through the night. Your face also glows just like the stars after they've absorbed energy, just ready to radiate it out into space again. It's your tenderness for me that feels like the sun kissing my face in the morning, as I embrace its rays on my skin, knowing very well it gives my life longevity. I'd like to compare my love to the way the sun sets, kissing the land, like how you pat your lips on my cheeks gently, then smiling afterwards, with that smile that warms me up inside, it feels like the beginning of new things.
