These "Nows" Present

Marigold, magenta, and many marvelous hues
very boldly blend and imbue the farewell.
One last warm embrace and our main light leaves view;
Ruminating of future forebears to foretell.

We shall sleep and dream of a brilliant tomorrow,
but first: We reflect on what it was like awake.
The prospects discovered during all our sorrows
bring forth such fruition that only we could make.

Serendipities and epiphanies intertwine
the epitomes and apexes from labors of before.
Destination: Undeniable Glory, in due time.
We rise up from the depths onto the shore.

Upon arrival: a tropical breeze and the scent of life.
Crafting a moment most precious and pleasant.
Growing stronger, gleaming greatly, healing the strife;
All for you, today happens; These "Nows" present.

About this poem

I had created a poem in jail in 2018 that I deemed "The Flourish of Now". This is renovated and revised from said poem. It was unpublished and I felt you all would really enjoy it, so I revamped it and here it is!
