Euphoria

There she came out crying all alone
Feeling like the world was not her home
Sucking her mother's milk in whole
And building her tiny bones
She spent every day staring at the window
Falling in love with the willows
Although as soft and fluffy as a pillow There were a lot of things to let go
Growing up in a world of fear
The anxiety had already been there
Growing in her as fast as a hare
She could not care any less
She started doing drugs,  smoking and drinking
Lost her appetite because that was what she was eating
Everyone around her knew her world was crashing
But she was blinded by the ashes
Now she was addicted
Always feeling like a victim
Thought it could be resisted
That urge to take it
Now everything around her feels like lies
At a stage she could fly
Flew to a path of no light
She realized that was drug addiction for you and I
