Broken girl

Misty naquin 1992 (Lake Charles Louisiana)

I look in the mirror trying to see what others see...
After the fog clears, I only see, me...
A broken girl the world forgot Leaning down, tears streaming I ask forget-me-not
Let this pain not go in vain
After the storm and rain, is the way I feel still going to remain?
Traveling in circles, lost in a daze,
Forgetting myself, my mind's a haze...
Puff after puff and all the passion ignites,
It's not real, it's not me
A broken girl,
Such beauty inside,
That no one got to see...
