A CONTAINER

It was never my choice to be born,
but then I'm given a body to identify with,
this body defines what sexuality I identify with,
and if I'm not what I'm programmed to identify with, I'm abnormal.

What if I choose to identify with myself,
then, it would be against what this body portrays me to be,
am I then not normal for being real with myself?
should I then hurt myself?

But then the holy book says I'm perfect in creation,
so then I'm stuck in a body where my soul feels trapped,
I am then not what I am,
will I then be a soul trapped in hell?
and if I decide to be myself, I'm a sinner
but who put my soul in a body that is not mine?
