Saturday my sabbath and rest
Sunday my commonion to start the week
Monday is my fast
Tuesday i continue my fast
Wednesday is personal néeds
Thursday is list for preparation
Friday is prepare so i can rest
Everyday is prayer and reading
But on the best day 8 rest 8 busy 8 priority.
