akelepan mein maza hai ya saza koi nahi jaanta
jaan bhi gaya ho lekin mein toh nahi
iska rahasya iski gehrai
iska saath dene waali tanhai
dil mein drd hai ya chain ka sakoon
drd-a-mehfil mein kisi saathi k paane ka janoon
khaali sa lagta hai mujhe toh,
lagta hai maano meri chetna aur jaagriti gayi so
koi nahi saath mein chalne ko
na hi khushi mnane ko aur na rone ko
saajish hai ya sauda nahi kuch maaloom
aisa lagta hai maano saare armaano ka hua hai khoon
pata nahi kya hai ye aklapan saza ya maza.
