A along time ago

Once a long long time ago when I was only three,  I was sitting on my porch and a bird sat on my knee.  he sang a song about Autum and when his merry way,  I often stop and think about that very special day.  for a Sware  I saw that Same old  bird sitting on my lawn,  he was singing and singing that same old lovely song . did he know who I was? did he remember me ? did he know that years ago he sat upon my knee ?
