Slow and Deliberate

In the names and representatives
You’ll often find a lie
So, if you’re looking for the truth
Please stop to question why?
The title has been given
And the walls have been applied
To those that you have trusted in
And on whom you’ve relied

The armor and the weapons
Of your war consist of thought
In love and truth and faithfulness
Your battles will be fought

So, do not mourn the flesh
Or to the enemy give in
Because it’s only when you die
That true life can begin
You’re going to have eternity
To get back what you’ve lost
So, do not shrink back now
From fright or damage or the cost
