A Time to Rest from Your Working

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

The end of life is better than the beginning
The day of death is better than the day of birth

Because when you are born, it is into frustration
A world of trouble and tribulation

Everything that you build will soon be destroyed
And what you create; in the end is found void

But when you die you can rest from your working

An excellent brief summary of our life !
Compared to eternity, it is relatively short !
But our life here determines our hereafter which is much longer than 4 score and more !
