Attention

I waited for it to arrive,
It kept disappointing me,
My hope trying to survive,
Alas it wasn't meant to be,

Be it so then,
I can do my part,
I open my heart,
Here comes a new start.

Let me spread it wherever I can,
May it sweeten their beehive,
Let me do what is in my hands,
So that this chain can survive.

About this poem

This poem is about how we should be selfless sometimes and accept our reality. If there is something we want and it is not in our control to obtain it or not, we must accept that reality. However, if it is in our control to give that same very thing to someone else and make their day, we must not hesitate to spread such types of simple joys of life.
