Art and Sports

Rick Wojtala

Free verse
Why it’s the only thing I can do
or excelled at.
I failed playing pro sports
but started to get things published.
I think playing sports was more stimulating
but so be it.
An art career is it.
Paragraphs or poetry is my knack.
I learned dedication from Beethoven
which makes my art career easier.
