Never

A world filled with anguish has been seen by
Survivors; those that have been left alone.
It has been said to many not to pry
For survivors are shaken to their bones.

They have been part of so many horrors
That they cannot forget or disregard.
Similar to forgotten explorers
They too are lost and permanently scarred.

The damage suffered cannot be reversed
Only aided through the construct of time.
Although they can’t help but feel like the worst
It is just the effect of one's wartime.

In the end, suffering has been perceived,
Never leaving a survivor relieved.
