Anymore

Lyv Bee 2009 (Oregon)

I dont miss you anymore. I'm finally happy now that I left you.
I like another guy at my school now.
I changed all my favorites so now you don't know me anymore.
I changed my style so I don't look the same.
I got more highlights in my hair so you can barely recognize me just by my name anymore.
I got rid of that hoodie that you loved on me so much.
I changed my perfume so it doesn't smell like flowers anymore,
it smells like fruit and I like it way more.
I'm so happy that you don't know anything about me anymore.
But now.
I’ve come to the conclusion that the harder I try
the more I realize how It’s impossible to get
you off my skin.
And yes I'm happier than I've been in a long while,
but that still doesn't change this pile of emotions
that has been stacking up in a file for my devotion to hating you.
