Sea Floor

I'm waiting
and waiting
Setting sun can't read time
it's past saving
Child sitting
humming, kicking her feet

She’s waiting,
future foretold
She wonders of her daughter
where shes been
what's been seen

“Reasons”, I swear
Don't wanna go
staying isn't an option

Sun unreachable
hurting with courage
Child is sitting
wondering where her child went
