Neighborhood we lived it and I lived it with them then it became me and she and now that they deceased due to passing on. My parents that is who. I am me going through it. Am I in homeless shelter and food bank. Not.demanded of me however suggested to me. Thanks to the anonymous complainer about my living condition. As told to me by mich. Adult spec. My file opened closed year 2019 same month. Repair me it says. Electric shut off 7k+
