A Shout Out

Oh No, Oh No, This can't be real
the sound of steal
folding like foil
and the faint smell of gas and  oil.
Girls, girls, girls
where can they be?
They were both just sitting besides me.
Crying crying crying in pain
Unable to talk
unable scream
unable to just be as before.
Now away we went in three different directions
to safety to safety to safety
I want to say,
Thank you for all you do
In helping us live,
In helping us feel
In helping us to be as close to normal
as we can be.
Thank you and Thank you
A shout out, A shout out
to the Hero's that you are
