The misconceptions of my core

When you're around the darkness fades away,
It's like always waking up to a bright sunny day.

No more silence or tears,
All the pain faded from the past years.

My love, you are the perfect combination of compassion and fire,
Being around you sparks my deepest desire.

Wrapped in your arms safe and pure,
However, my head in my heart are still unsure.

Balancing sanity and madness is no easy feat,
But with you by my side will rise above without deceit.

You have taken the misconceptions of my core,
And then took it upon yourself to love me even more.
