Why does it feel like years if I've known you for a week?
why does it feel like you have answers to all the questions that I seek?

One moment I saw your coffee, curly, wavy hair,
the next moment I´m on my knees, gasping for air

Why did it feel like I´m on top of the skies?
It took me just a second when I looked into your eyes.

All day long, I've been listening to romantic song,
why does everything about you seems perfect and there’s nothing wrong?

Why does a mention of your name get my heart beating?
and if I say it myself, would I be cheating?

why does a glance of you bring smile to my face?
I am sure holding your hands feels like I´m in space.

I know we are different people with different interest,
but with you it feels like I am on my best.

I would never forget that your favorite color is teal,
I wish I could tell you about how I really feel.

With you by my side life feels much better,
How this starts, where it ends, does it really matter?

Why does this feeling keeps on growing, that I need to share?
and if I expressed it all, would you even care?

Why does it feel like we are meant to be together?
You and only you, no one else I would be with rather.

If I loved you, would you love me back?
with you it feels like my life is on track.

I think I found an answer to all my question,
I would say it’s love but isn’t love just an emotion?

I believe we are meant to be, if you feel the same way,
If not, it is nature´s cruel way of making me pay.
