Anger

I'm left here alone truly now after I've said those words to you.

And I was down, feeling nothing but an empty blue.

I've had time to process everything now, and I feel anger.

A mild one, wondering just how I let everything get to this caliber.

I'm angry at myself, for letting this happen.

I'm angry that I ignored all the obvious signs, and I face the mortal sin.

I'm angry that I was so fucking stupid because I didn't want to be alone.

But here I am, just that, and further grown.

I'm angry at the time I've wasted on an end.

But no longer will my emotions bend.

I'm angry at you for letting me get this way.

I'm angry at you for all the emotional expenses I had to pay.

I'm angry at you because I've shed many a tear to a point I can't anymore.

I'm angry at you because I'm so cold inside, so empty, and so sore.

I'm angry at the fact that this is my reality.

I'm angry that you get to be happy.

This is the only way that things can now be.

I'm beaten, shattered, and alone, but just so god damned angry.
