I watch postman pat

There a letter coming through my door
signed by the highest esteem
I sit and wait by the post box eager and clean
the first of many and many more

I get a check once every month
posted right to my luxury address
with pain sorrow and detest
for being last in class and crowned a dunce

I must cost the tax payer a fortune
its the least of my concerns
im fit and able to learn
but just want to be lonely and alone

how a highway doesnt flow for me
the desert rats are blown away
just another boring lacklustre day  
while I sit patently and forever free
