EVILS OF THE LOST AGE

Why? How?
Why what? How could?
What a delusion!
How could they have… left us?
With such heritage
What was their thought?
How could they have … believed?
That the blood of innocent strangers
Will set them free from the snares of
The mute and important gods
To which they have pledged
Their loyalty in captivity
What a crime against humanity
How could they have …..
Bought and sold in exchange
For wealth and power
Fellow- like- beings
Tagged them slaves and treated them
Like animals of the wild
What a shock!
How callous!
To bury slaves and butlers alive
Refined gold and velvet
Horses and lots of money
Alongside the corpse of a monarch
What a mischief ……
How could they have ignored ……
Such a chronological error
What a price we paid
How splendid a pride to demonstrate
To have elapse this whole fallacy
Called tradition.
