Flaws To Fault And Blemishes

Lawrence S. Pertillar 1947 (Connecticut)

Living with...
Flaws to fault and noticed blemishes.
Can make one too aware.
And conscious of it.
That this makes it unimportant,
To hear others to express...
Their unsolicited opinions,
Heard given to address confessed.
Regardless of the situation.

And then for whatever the reason,
A chemistry happens.
That mysteriously connects.
Unsuspectedly.
Inviting an acceptance that respects,
An awareness to be conscious...
Of another capable to self deceive.
Just as well or better.
To discover and find themselves,
Soul mates.
Too incredible to believe.

'I...find it hard to believe it.
I can not believe this!
You lie to yourself,
Better than I have ever done.'

'And...
I did it to intend too!
So happy I am we met!'

'Me too.
I did the same thing.
God is so good.
Now...
On the count of three,
With a show of raised hands.
Who believes to have deceived,
The other to do it much better!
