Baby

Justine Martindale 1986 (Virginia)

Daddy's outside watering the plants
You're in here peeing your pants
I'll make you a bottle
I'll make you some food
To put you in a better mood
So please baby don't you cry
So many reasons and here is why:
From the moment you were born
I'd wrap you up so you'd stay warm
I kiss your tears when you were hurt
I'd change you from your food stained shirt
I'll watch you as you fall asleep
I'll kiss your head
I'll kiss your cheek
I'll hold you when you're feeling blue
and tell you how much I love you.
