Analysis of Beautiful Ceremony

where are you...?

You have caught me unawares

between time and you...

Found me regressed

beneath a daydream-tree

in shades of yesterday

where you last sought

to resuscitate our distant vow...

From day till dusk

as I set off into the afterglow

of the day's final glory,

do I think of our walk together...

To only find myself

perplexed in a world of heap

that fills no midnight-leap

over the lunar that encompasses me tonight...

For your beautiful face

radiates softly from the star

that conceives my timeless sleep,

upon an ocean of dreams

that swims out to meet you,

just before the horizon breaks

into an unpleasant wake...
